Description of Services	Provision of IndieUp, a matching platform for indie game developers and streamers, including brokerage, payment processing, and payout services for paid streaming requests (Premium Option).
Fees	For Premium Option use: in addition to the reward amount paid to streamers (¥500–¥500,000 per transaction, set by the game developer), a platform fee of 20% of the reward amount is charged. The total payment amount is displayed before a transaction is finalized. Game key distribution and membership registration are free.
Additional Costs	Internet connection and communication costs are borne by the customer.
Payment Method	Credit card (Stripe)
Payment Timing	Premium Mission: when the game developer approves an applicant / Premium Offer: when the streamer accepts the offer
Service Delivery Timing	After payment is completed, the transaction is completed when the streamer performs and reports the stream and the game developer approves it. Reward payouts to streamers are made via Stripe after approval.
Cancellation and Refunds	Developer-initiated cancellation (before stream reporting): only the reward amount is refunded (platform fees are not refunded) / Streamer-initiated cancellation: full refund / Transaction termination due to deadline expiration: full refund / No refunds after approval and payout completion.
