1. Company Information

RAY UP LLC ("Company") handles users' personal information appropriately in operating IndieUp ("Service").

2. Information We Collect

The Company collects the following information:

• Email address and password (at registration)
• Display name, profile information, and avatar image
• SNS URLs and follower counts for YouTube, Twitch, X, TikTok, etc.
• Game information, key requests, stream URLs, and streaming history
• Access logs, IP addresses, and device information
• Access analytics data via Google Analytics
• Payment-related identifiers (customer IDs and payout account IDs issued by Stripe) and transaction information (amount, date/time, transaction status)

Regarding credit card information: credit card details such as card numbers are obtained and stored directly by Stripe, our payment processor. No card information is stored on the Company's servers.

Regarding streamer identity verification information: identity verification documents and bank account information required to open a payout account are obtained and stored directly by Stripe. The Company does not retain this information.

3. Purpose of Use

• Providing, operating, and improving the Service
• Matching game developers with streamers
• Calculating Trust Scores and determining badges
• Sending email notifications (key distribution, stream approval/rejection, etc.)
• Detecting and preventing fraudulent use
• Analyzing usage and improving the Service
• Executing payments and reward payouts and managing transactions under the Premium Option (paid streaming request feature)
• Detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions, and processing cancellations and refunds

4. Provision to Third Parties

The Company will not provide users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• When the user has given consent
• When required by law
• When necessary to protect the life or property of a person

5. Service Providers

The following services are used in providing the Service:

• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Google Analytics (access analytics)
• YouTube Data API v3 (collection and analysis of video and streaming data)
• Stripe (credit card payments, reward payouts, and payout account management)
• Twitch API (collection and analysis of streaming and video data)

Each of these services handles data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

5-1. Use of YouTube API

This service uses YouTube Data API v3 to collect and display streaming and video data related to games.

Data collected through YouTube API:

• View count, like count, and comment count of YouTube videos related to game titles
• Video upload date and duration
• Channel name and channel URL

The collected YouTube data is used for marketing analytics features for game developers.

If you wish to delete data collected through the YouTube API, please contact us at info@ray-up.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Use of Cookies

The Service uses cookies to maintain authentication sessions and for access analytics via Google Analytics. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly as a result.

7. Data Storage and Security

Collected personal information is stored on Supabase (Tokyo region). The Company implements appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect personal information, but cannot guarantee complete security.

Among payment-related information, credit card information and identity verification information are stored under Stripe's security standards (PCI DSS compliant). The Company retains only identifiers and transaction records necessary for transaction management.

8. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

• Request to access, correct, or delete their personal information
• Request to stop the use of their personal information

This service is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use this service.
